MFK Multipurpose Company's Real Estate & Construction Department provides a full range of services related to residential and commercial building development, investment management and building management. Our mission is to provide safe, modern and sustainable buildings to investors and provide quality housing and commercial space to customers.

Our company operates house and building construction projects through the investor partnership model. In collaboration with investors, houses and commercial buildings are constructed in various locations, sold and operated on rent. This provides investors with a stable and long-term income opportunity.

In addition, we also provide services for renting land under the land lease (rent) model to construct modern buildings and rent and manage rooms, flats, shutters and commercial spaces in that building. Under this, our company responsibly handles rental management, building maintenance, security, rule enforcement and all building management related works.

MFK Multipurpose Company's Real Estate & Construction Department is committed to building long-term relationships based on trust and transparency between customers, homeowners and investors by providing services from planning to building construction, sales, rental management and entire building operation.


MFK Multipurpose Company has so far constructed 6 buildings in collaboration with investors, all of which are under the company's name. In addition, the company is currently doing building management (rent management, operation and maintenance) of 18 buildings.

Currently, 5 new building projects are in the planning and development stages. Out of these, 2 projects have been taken forward by MFK Company, of which one building is about 30% complete.
